To the outside a private seated area awaits with wood burning hot tub to relax in after a day of adventure or leisure. .

Getaway to the New Forest

If you are considering a visit to the New Forest, famous for its ponies, we are perfectly located for your stay. The seaside village of Hythe has a good selection of amenities and boasts a marina you can walk around. Visitors can freely see the activities on Southampton water from its promenade. Our accommodation comprises a new fully self contained upper floor apartment sleeping 2/3 adults. A Velux Cabrio balcony overlooks our garden. Diana and Jim are on hand to give you local advice.

Coachmans Cottage

Coachman’s Cottage is a converted Coach house and Harness room originally built in 1860. It is next door to the owner’s home. Southampton water is a short walk away, and the New Forest lies to the north. There are many local attractions near by including Exbury Gardens and the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu. The property is all on one level. Hythe is just over a mile away. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for guests in an adjacent building. Pub 200 mtrs walk away.

Walking distance to The General Hospital, Soton Uni and The City Centre (see photos), my bright, clean and cosy flat would make the perfect stay for anyone traveling for work or a get away. A home from home it has everything you’ll need to settle in. It’s opposite Soton common, too, so you can enjoy well-being nature walks and fresh air within 3 minutes of leaving the front door. The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

New Forest reach Holiday House

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. With secure off road parking you couldn’t find a better spot to have fun & explore. We look forward to welcoming you!

This beautiful self-contained little cabin has been custom made. You have a single-double extendable bed. Desk, microwave, fridge, hairdryer, crockery, toaster. Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

Flat close to the New Forest National Park

A ground floor flat on the East side of the New Forest. Ideal for singles/ couples who want to explore what the local area has to offer which is the New Forest National Park and coast line. *1/3 the property has a flat roof so you can hear the rain. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Water tank heats overnight, so not unlimited hot water. Local attractions include; Beaulieu motor museum Bucklers Hard Calshot/ Lepe Exbury gardens
