Located a few hundred feet from the Iris gardens at Horton farm, a six acre garden space with over 1400 Iris varieties. Bloom season is April and May. The cottage was built in 1945 on my family's heritage farm. She's located next to the old barn alongside a small Creek. Inside you'll find a fresh colorful landscape of hand made cabinets, concrete countertops and furniture. The heated and Polished concrete floor is ready for farm life. You'll be delighted in the vintage items and local artwork.

This is a horse ranch in the foothills of El Dorado county, with a loft studio above the barn. It is comfortably furnished and has a true country feel! The barn and loft is very private & easy to socially distance if preferred. This lovely loft is available to rent year round. Be surrounded by nature and enjoy hiking, rafting, swimming, biking! Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, 15 minutes from more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Private tastings can be arranged. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. About 50 mins to ski areas. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. EV charging is available - additional fee. The deck is great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.
