Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely flat. It was situated in an ideal location for both the Hoe/seafront and the city centre. The flat was well equipped and warm and the parking space was a real bonus. William was attentive , asking us if we had arrived safely and if everything was okay. He responded immediately when we had a minor problem. The welcome goodies were much appreciated. Thank you, we will be visiting again.

Great flat really big rooms with lovely high ceilings furniture all nice, good selection of kitchen utensils and pans and nice bright rooms. Good little local shop just up the road and plenty of things to do all around the area. Fun having the pool table kept us entertained

We had a really nice stay at Mia's lovely and comfortable apartment. Mia is a great host, with prompt and helpful communication. The check in/out is very easy and overall it was a really pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this property to other guests.

We may have only stayed a few days but we would defiantly choose to stay here again, for me & my family the apartment is in a ideal location. Lovely sea view from apartment.

We had a fantastic stay at Picklecombe Fort. The views were spectacular, as everyone says. We arrived in the rain & wind but nothing dampened our spirits as we gazed out from the truly cosy apartment to the mesmerising view. Over the next days it brightened up, so we were able to sit on the private balcony, and enjoy looking over to Kingsand & Cawsand. The coastal path is close at hand and we would recommend the Cawsand ferry over to Plymouth for a little wander. The facilities were excellent, bed very comfortable and the place was spotless when we arrived. Thank you Tiffany for hosting and your friendly messages. We would love to come back again to explore more of the surrounding area. We couldn’t recommend it enough.

We had a great stay in Salcombe and the views from the house were great. The hill was a challenge but seemed to get easier each time we walked up it. The house met our needs perfectly and the kitchen had everything you could possibly want. Gail was very responsive to any message we sent and was very kind to let us in early because of the rain! Just returned from 4 nights at The Old Sunday School. We had a lovely stay here. Some really lovely touches including personalised dog towel and the food and drink hamper! The place was spotless and everything had been thought of. Thank you for allowing us to stay here 😊

We absolutely loved our stay and we will definitely be back! The house was perfect for us all and we had loads of space. The kids loved the pool table! Great house, so well stocked we had all we needed. The surrounding area is beautiful and the beach is lovely with great places to eat and little beach shop which came in very handy when the kids all needed beach shoes! Thank you so much for making our stay wonderful. The only thing I would say is that the house is advertised as a “Lodge with hot tub” but you have to pay extra for the hot tub which I think could have been made clearer, not other than that absolutely no complaints at all. See you again next year! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed here for the weekend for my father-in-laws 80th birthday. The house was perfect for 7 adults and 3 children. More than enough space for everyone and more than well enough equipped! There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, walkable for those that wanted to down to Hope Cove and lots of other lovely beaches and places to visit nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! The house has a lovely home from home feeling and we all had a great weekend. Would recommend it!

The apartment is lovely - modern and very spacious. We loved the open plan kitchen, diner and lounge. The location is amazing, 8 minute walk to The Barbican area and a couple of minutes from a well stocked Tesco Express. James provided excellent information regarding how to self check in and kept in touch with us throughout our stay. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb, thanks James!

Louise was a lovely host! Her instructions for check in/check out were extremely accurate. We felt at home in this spacious, very clean, comfortable spacious apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary pots/pans dishes/cutlery to make and serve your own meals. The delicious olive oil and coffee provided were a very nice touch. Thank you Louise, we will be back!

We loved staying here. The view was amazing and the photos didn’t do it justice. We received really helpful instructions on how to get there by car as the hill is slightly tricky to navigate but that is to be expected! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Lovely place as described, very comfortable bed and beautiful views. We were unlucky with the weather but still managed to use the river taxi over to Fowey so many great restaurants and good shops.

Good overall accomodation and amenities

Lovely flat and location was great. Host very proactive. There is a lovely fish restaurant a stones throw from the property.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

Our stay at Sandie and Dan’s apartment was absolutely lovely! From the very beginning, communication was warm, clear, and timely – we received all the necessary information and helpful instructions well before arrival. The apartment itself was beautifully maintained, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent – quiet yet close to everything important in Plymouth. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality – we truly felt welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay. Thank you, Sandie and Dan – we’d be happy to return again!
