Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Come and enjoy our beautiful, comfortable and well equipped shepherds' hut located in an orchard on our smallholding in the middle of rural Devon. Dartmoor National Park, Castle Drogo, great pubs, cycling and walking are on the doorstep and our proximity to the A30 (approx 1/2 mile) means that it also makes for an easy trip to the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter, the attractive stannary town of Chagford and North & South coast beaches (in under an hour's drive). Pip's Hut - The perfect coastal country retreat.

Our beautiful hut is set in a four acre field which has views over the neighboring countryside to Dartmoor, just visible in the distance. Adjoining the field is two and a half acres of untouched woodland, home to numerous birds and animals, including deer which often wander into the field on still evenings. This cosy space is fully en suite with a woodburner, Hypnos mattress, underfloor heating, fridge, hob, table, chairs and fire pit. It is the perfect retreat from our busy & hectic world.

This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.
