"I had an amazing stay at Sayan's beautiful house in Green Terrace! The moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The house is tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could need. The location is perfect - Green Terrace is a lovely neighborhood with plenty of greenery around, and it's close to all the local attractions. Sayan is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly, and welcoming. He made sure I had everything I needed and even left some lovely touches to make my stay extra special. I would highly recommend Sayan's house to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay in Green Terrace. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give it ten stars if I could! Amazing Place ..Feels like home far from home...

Check in and check out were very smooth. Place was kept clean and ready to move in. Host made very comfortable parking arrangements for my car which made the stay very convenient. Overall an amazing stay.

Great stay

very very clean house --- zero zero dust. i wanted to thank the management with an extra tip but somehow i got busy during checkout .... thank you --- additional advantage is that these people check the ID's of the people coming inside their apt which makes it safer for them and us as well -- which means no wrong doings within the apt which keeps it neat and nice.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. Big thanks to Roshan and Vridhi. The place was cozy and homely, the caretaker was very responsive and helpful. Definitely staying here again when I get a chance to!

Amazing host! Very nice place to stay!

This was my third stay at this place, and I spent about 2 weeks here. I keep coming back for good reason! The hosts are incredibly kind and cordial, and the room's cleanliness and the entire building is excellent. The location is great - well connected to major restaurants, hospitals, and bar-kitchens. One of my favorite perks is being able to pre-order home-cooked meals from the caretaker's family. The room itself has all the basic amenities you need, with a comfortable single bed and plenty of natural light and ventilation. It's the perfect cozy retreat for solo travelers like me! A major bonus is having access to the entire rooftop right outside the room! The hosts are always ready to help in any way possible, which makes the stay even more comfortable and worry-free.Will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

Sujay’s airbnb is like home away from home. The place is clean, well-maintained, and easy to find. Sujay himself was an exceptional host—helpful, responsive, and always ready with great local recommendations. He regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location couldn’t be better—surrounded by great eateries, cozy pubs, and fun hangout spots. Despite being so central, the area was quiet and private, perfect for a peaceful stay. Bonus points for the thoughtful extras—a fantastic collection of books for readers, a couple of board games for entertainment, and a private balcony. Everything listed in the amenities was provided, making it a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. The neighborhood felt safe and had lots of great cafes and shops nearby. Everything I needed was provided, and the bed was very comfortable. The house is huge and spacious and has all the amenities listed. The cook makes amazing food and is quick and kind. We stayed for almost 5 days and had no complaints. The balance was my favourite spot of the house!

It's was really good place to stay. People are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent penth house to stay for a night if you are with a group. Has got a nice lawn as well to have a little party going on. Has parking for a single car and it's a little tight though if you have got a SUV. Lots of restaurants around to order. The caretaker is friendly and helpful too.

experience was great, it was neat and clean, i tried for next 2 days, but it was booked....next time i will stay there, keep it up
