Completely renovated in September 2023. Paris has a beautiful downtown square minutes away. It's a short 20 minute drive from Beavers Bend State Park, 10 minutes from Mountain Fork River and 6 minutes from Glover River and 35 minutes from Pine Creek. An abundance of privacy, minimal traffic, quick and easy access to all nearby attractions and all of the amenities for a comfy quiet stay.

Come visit the farm! We live on our 1937 family farm on 6.5 acres with our chickens and horses, Cosmo and Cricket. Guest love our country setting, great views and a fun place to visit even though we are in town. The many song birds make the sounds enjoyable as you sit on the front porch. Gentle breezes, trees, lots of fresh air and sunshine, a pond for catch and release fishing, and the Northeast Texas Trail for biking and hiking is just outside of our gate.

Welcome to your own private studio guesthouse with your own fence and doggy door for you pets convenience. This 600sqft studio combines the bedroom with a full size bed, work desk, living room and kitchenette open and the large bathroom with walk-in closet separated by doors. You also have your own central heating/ac unit so you can keep the temperature to your liking. You also will have access to a full sized refrigerator and covered parking.

This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

All modern conveniences and furniture with a country french theme. Although it is a tiny house, it is very roomy and has plenty of space for one or two people. Please come and enjoy a relaxing visit.
