We needed three bedrooms for our stay, and Ian offered two separate units: the Zen Suite (one bedroom) located above the Cook Suite (two bedrooms). Each suite has its own separate entrance, which was OK with us. Both suites were clean and comfortable, and I particularly liked the interior design. The Zen Suite also had a hot tub on the large patio, which was a highlight of our stay. Check-in was easy. There's a nice grocery store just across the street and several restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!

Very nice apartment, great location. I stayed during the winter and I was very cozy inside. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Kristina is a very thoughtful, friendly and patient person. The house is clean and nice. When I was living there, I felt I was home. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Big TV's for viewing. Close to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars close by. And the security was good.

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

The home was cute, comfortable, clean, and quiet. We came to Royal Oak for a show at the Royal Oak theater and Ian 's place was located nearby so we could walk to and from the venue, along with nearby stores and restaurants. Ian communicated very well and was responsive and accommodating.

Me and my son were here to visit EMU. We found Sheetal to be a very nice and sociable host. We also loved her dog. We had a great time. The house was well kept and smelt very well. She was also very attentive to any messages we sent out. I would definitely recommend.

You will love that it has a driveway, that you can pull in and leave without backing up. The home is bright and cheery. When you walk in, you see that it is just like the listing and better. The decor is soothing to the eyes throughout the home. I felt secure the very first night being there. We enjoyed their private patio with a firepit. It is definitely an all season home to enjoy all year. For young kids it has a bright, clean & spacious basement with pool table that converts to a ping pong table, air hockey table and an electric basket ball hoop arcade game for several to play. My stay here was for 4 weeks and I did not want to leave. I have put this Airbnb in my phone as a place that I want to comeback to again! Ian’s place was great. He was very responsive and helpful. Large common areas. Lots of bedrooms. Some of the beds could use updating. Would definitely stay again
