The space was exactly as described with a responsive host and nice access to downtown and expressway. Looks like lots of the neighborhood is being renovated. Walkable distance to pubs and food.

we went with another couple the place was easy to find in a nice part of Detroit. the house and yard are gated so not only are you safe but so is your vehicle. it's a nice little stroll two downtown where you'll find everything you need.

A wonderful place to stay in the Ann Arbor area. The host was very responsive and the lodging very comfortable. We had plenty of room to stretch out, and Juan has tea and coffee available in the morning. We reheated our dinner in the microwave, and brought breakfast and stored it in the refrigerator. Everything we needed was there.

I stayed here after a concert in the city and it worked out great!

This is a great home and it's filled with the some great decor and the host stocks it very well for travels needs.

Irene and her team were amazing! The stay was absolutely perfect. It resides in a very nice neighborhood and is very peaceful. The team was extremely communicative and helpful.

Umer is extremely friendly and helpful! He responds in less than 30 mins and helped me with all my questions! The place is exactly how it is in the photos and it was very cozy and peaceful! This will be my go-to airbnb in the future :)

Stayed a second time at Florina's with my dog and had a very enjoyable stay. Way better than a hotel. Florina's place is charming and really clean - plus you have extensive grounds to run your dog with restaurants and public walking trail nearby. I highly recommend her studio and plan to stay there again.

We came to see our granddaughter. The house was the perfect location. Only 6 min from our son’s house. It was clean, has an amazingly comfy bed and the attention to the small details was great. Private entrance was very nice. Host even had snacks, bottled water in frig & nice assortment of coffee & hot tea available. Beautiful porch with seating & even a fire pit which I hope we get to use on our next trip when it’s a little warmer. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Shashi's place was perfect for us while we were in Windsor! Shashi herself is very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the place. Unfortunately I needed a kitchen because I’m here fora while. But I spent 3 months here and it was a nice fit. If there was a sink where the kitchenette is with a counter, I would still be there.

Perfect getaway to slow down even if just for a day. Peter set us up to use the kayaks and we were the only ones on the lake. So beautiful. The house was one of the nicest on the lake. Saw ducks, swan, and many turtles. Played pool after a steak dinner at Arts & Jakes ( downtown restaurants close a little early weekday nights). Had yummy coffee before we had to leave. Our only regret was not getting take out to eat there instead of eating out. The kitchenette, bar was decorated spectacular! Thank you for a great stay.

I can’t say enough positive things about this rental and Deborah, the owner. We are so grateful to for her help and kindness and for helping us to extend our stay when we encountered an unexpected family emergency. It was a relief to come back after a long day at the hospital to a clean, quiet, and private rental. She has thought of every detail to make your stay lovely, not only is it immaculate, but well appointed with a full pantry and coffee station, along with everything you’d need to cook a complete meal. The bed is extremely comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for our showers. It was also great to be able to wash our clothes since we hadn’t packed enough for an extra day. The sunroom was lovely to relax in with a cup of coffee in the morning while we woke up. I highly recommend her location, and we won’t hesitate to seek out her rental the next time we come into town. Absolutely worth the price. The location is great and the place is extremely clean. Darnell was really helpful and communicated clearly. I really hope I can come back to stay a few days.
