We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

We needed somewhere to stay at very short notice and were very happy to find Nolicia's place. It was clean with comfortable beds and the area was very quiet. It was well located for us too. We would certainly stay again when visiting family in Wolverhampton.

A lovely house with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for accessing all the attractions we wanted to visit. Nice bonus having a park with a playground nextdoor and the kids were particularly taken with having beanbags in the rooms! Mya was a responsive host and quick to respond to our queries ahead of our visit.

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.

My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

Responsive host and accommodation was good for the night for our family of 4 to attend a wedding in Wolverhampton.

Great few nights away for Halloween! Cosy barn tucked away, surrounded by trees and fields. Swimming in the heated pool at night in October was great. Geoff was always at hand with any queries or recommendations. The Halloween decorations was a nice touch for the kids to keep pranking each other throughout our stay. Great setting for a general chil out with films and board games. Hartlebury Castle was a great few hours out and not too expensive. The Willow and Boar was 2 minutes up the road for a nice breakfast. Would highly recommend The Pool house! Thanks to Geoff and Alan!

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had an amazing stay at Louise's place. it was so peaceful in lovely surroundings. We just wanted to relax for a few days without doing a great deal and it was an ideal place to do exactly that. The guide to the local area and amenities was especially helpful. slightly disappointed with the... weather! but only to be expected in the UK! still managed a dip in the pool which was superb!, tried a game of tennis and enjoyed the hottub. it really was a lovely stay, waking up to the ponies and wildlife was amazing too! would highly recommend Louise as a host

We had a great stay in Moreton - a family of 4 plus dog staying for a few days whilst visiting relatives nearby. Our dog was made very welcome, the girls loved the hot tub and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to use. Note also that there is a new shower fitted, so we had no issues with water pressure as mentioned in some earlier reviews. It is off the beaten track, but as a result is scenic and peaceful, so we liked it that way! Thanks very much, will visit again.

If you’re considering staying here just book it, trust me! I’ve stayed in lots of Airbnbs and this one tops the list - really absolutely magical. The sauna & pond experience + hot tub + views + sweet & unique cabin; it’s really a special experience. Nick was fantastic; communication was perfect, really everything far above and beyond expectations.

We had a lovely weekend, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed the tennis court, tablet tennis and board games. Lovely walks around the area, and the village nearby had a little shop which supplied the extras we'd missed from our Sainsbury's delivery. The host answered our questions before we came away and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The kitchen had everything we needed for 11 people and we were glad of the dishwasher.

A lovely, peaceful stay with outdoor space too. Very comfortable and quite a spacious feeling. A short drive to Coventry where we found an excellent south Indian restaurant. Also easy to drive into Meriden and go to the shop and visit the playground there which was lovely.

Gordon's is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting Birmingham for an event/ show. Gordon was there to greet us on arrival and departure. Nothing was too much trouble, his explanation of his place and instructions were clear, accurate and easy to understand. Gordon's place is spacious yet very cosy. I will definitely be returning when I book my next show and would highly recommend!

Back from a lovely Easter weekend stay. Dan was very helpful, clear communications prior to check in and we found the welcome guide very useful. House was very comfortable, clean and tidy just like the listed photos with plenty of space for a family. Very thoughtful to have arrival food gifts including treats for our dog. Very convenient having the shopping centre and supermarkets very close by. Would recommend this house if anybody was staying in this area. Thank you again Dan for being a great host

lovely 4 bed house, plenty of parking space on the drive. Close to shops. So convenient for getting around. A few minutes to the motorway. 10 minutes to get to center of Wolverhampton. Would be great for a much longer stay.

We had a fabulous time here, great apartment, very quiet and serene - just what we wanted, and location-wise very scenic, our dog loved the Lickey Hills; perfect for walking and exploring. If you’re looking for something a bit more “vibey”, there’s Herbert’s Yard close by in Longbridge where you can listen to a bit of music, and have a bite to eat - very cool, and they even sell Puppuccinos. Highly recommend, would definitely come back again.

Fantastic place for our family get together. Spacious house with ample seating in the kitchen for meal times. The games room is fantastic and kept the children very happy for many hours (the adults loved it too). Beautiful setting looking out over farm land with horses outside the kitchen window. Lovely garden with a well fenced off pond. Great location, easily accessed from the M42 and close to many local attractions. Hosts were incredibly helpful with great communication before & during our stay. Lovely pub in the local village with great food & very friendly staff.

We booked The Coach House for a 40th birthday surprise - it was superb! The perfect ‘home from home.’ The host Robert was a great communicator from the start of the booking process to the end, and even left a couple of welcome gifts on arrival for us. The house itself and the outside area with its hot tub and bar area was perfect for our group of 9 to enjoy a few drinks and some music on the evening. The next day, we took a stroll into the lovely town and visited a couple of the nearby pubs and shops. Overall our stay here was exactly what we wanted- relaxed, fun, private and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a couple of quiet nights away in the countryside, friends, families or for special celebrations.
