Pristine Lake Location in Vermont

Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Enjoy access to the lake and heated pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. This first-floor (upper-level) condo offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a comfortable living space. The open-concept kitchen and dining area flow into a bright, inviting living room, complete with baseboard heating. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO AC in the summer.

The House of the Setting Sun is a great place to rest, relax & re-energize. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, while still within walking distance to restaurants & close to downtown Newport. The apt has its own dedicated WiFi, easy for working remotely. Downstairs is a room with a ping pong/pool table. You will have your own deck, where you can sit & enjoy a cup of coffee to begin your day or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Hosts on site and ready to assist if needed.

The Newport Country Club, Gardner Park (playground, basketball court, ball fields, fishing and ice skating), grocery store, movie theater, restaurants, shops, a lovely boardwalk and bike path are all within less than a mile. TV downstairs with streaming services and a projector upstairs in loft. Super cool! Welcome!

Relax with the whole family in this cozy, pet-friendly, lakefront cottage, located on Lake Salem, offering a peaceful oasis for any vacationer. Features two kayaks, access to public boat ramp, hammock, outdoor grill, and stone fire pit. Only a walk away from the local dog park and central to many wonderful hiking trails like Mount Pisgah, mountain biking and cycling trails, Newport Country Club, Lake Memphremagog, Jay Peak Mountain, and perfect for a day trip to Montreal or Quebec City!

Close to both Jay Peak and downtown Newport, you can enjoy all those locations have to offer, or simply relax. Please note that the stairs to the 2nd floor are steeper than usual.
