This is a Classic Derby weatherboard home, 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. It is comfortable & designed to be a home away from home, fully equipped with everything you would expect to find in your own home and more. It is located 950m from the start of the Blue Derby MTB Trails. The house has been set up for MTB'ers in mind. Suitable for Families, small groups & is also pet friendly. It has a bike garage to lock MTB's in overnight, an outdoor hot/cold shower, undercover BBQ and a private large rear deck.

Formerly the towns Doctors surgery and residence this booking option gives you exclusive use of the property and access to both the surgery flat of two bedrooms both with ensuite, as well as the three bedroom, two bathroom residence. For the adventurous there is of course the world class mountain bike trails of Blue Derby on your doorstep, or you might prefer to simply decompress and enjoy fishing, stargazing and experiencing the unique wood fired floating sauna on the lake.
