Come and experience Denver! Our mid-century modern house in North Park Hill will be your home away from home. Your suite is newly remodeled. You will have your own, separate entry to the lower-level guest suite, plus access to a private outdoor area. Your guest suite is separate, secure, and has a private bathroom. Please familiarize yourself with the house rules prior to booking. Our place is best suited for one or two non-smoking adults looking for a cozy, comfortable place to stay.

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.
