Many of Denver's best restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and our favorite​​​ coffee shop is right around the corner. This is the perfect place to explore the city, whether you’re staying for a while or just stopping on your way. We are central to everything — 15 mins from Mile High Stadium and Union Station and 10 from the Capitol, Cherry Creek, the Art Museum, and the Botanic Gardens.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Lovely garden level basement apartment, newly remodeled in a 1904 historic home located in the Wyman Historic District. Walking distance to 3 major parks, dining, coffee shops, Denver Botanic Gardens, or take a Lyft 10 min to Downtown or even closer to the Cherry Creek district. Buses are also half a block away. We would be happy to tell you more about the surrounding areas and our favorite hangouts. We used as much reclaimed material as possible to craft this speakeasy-style space.

Central location, close to downtown, the bar scene, concert venues along Colfax and steps away from tons of cool dining options. Huge private patio is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening smoke :-) We love puppers 🐶 and allow small pets (25 pounds or less) for a small extra fee!

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
