The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. This lovely Bungalow on 5 acres is nestled along 1000ft of the Boardman River. We have kayaks, hammock, outside dining/living area with fireplace, and hot tub. The property is surrounded by state land and trails, perfect for hiking, kayaking, side by sides, and snowmobiling. The kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments. The bathroom has towels, a hair dryer, small toiletries and soaps. WiFi will help you stay connected. Perfect for a honeymoon stay or couples getaway! 25 minutes to TC.

Iroquois Lakeview - Ice Fishing is HOT!

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

Close to Samoset Park and beach. Several nearby boat launches. Ten minutes from two state parks. One hour from Traverse City. 99 miles to Mackinaw City.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home in the country. Literally 2 blocks from Flintfield Horse Park in Williamsburg, MI which is home to The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival. The house is 15 minutes from downtown Traverse City and Elk Rapids and minutes from acme beach! There are 4 queen bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A new beautiful patio with a fire-pit is perfect for summer evenings! In addition, there’s a new deck off the kitchen overlooking the lawn!

Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.

Enjoy our cozy one bedroom home that also features a sleeping, reading and rocking porch. No pets please, but you may be greeted by our farm dog Hank!
