Houghton Lake Escape

Our vacation property escape is super comfortable. It includes all dishes, pans, utensils you'll need. This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 easily with a bunk room, comfortable new pull out bed in the living room sofa, and a master bedroom with full bed. Fully stocked w/10 cup coffeemaker. Air Conditioning in the primary bedroom and living room area. TV with Live TV and Internet. Washer and Dryer. Great area for ATVs and trails only blocks away!! The deck/porch is spacious, featuring chairs and lounges.

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Rustic and private, awsome spot in the woods off M-18. Pets are always welcome there is a $50 pet fee. A fenced in area is provided off the back of the house. Our rental cottages are a very unique set-up. We offer a side by side duplex, both are directly on the water. This is a GREAT set-up to bring the in laws or family friends. Open your front door and look out the large living room windows to the beautiful waterfront. The private lakefront consists of 75’ on the water, 100’ foot of dock, very sandy bottom great for swimming, bon fire pit and much, much more. This listing is for entire duplex, (2 cottages).
