Nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still only a 5 min drive from TWU and downtown Denton with its famous and diverse options for food, music and nightlife. The Cottage is a stand alone apt with all the amenities you could need, including full bath, kitchenette, queen sized sofa bed and love seat, flat screen TV, and more. Due to severe allergies, I am unable to host any animals regardless of status as a pet, service animal, or emotional support.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

The Eagle’s Nest - cozy guest house with a pool

Super clean backyard guesthouse with full kitchen, bath and loft bed area. Includes use of pool/spa, outdoor fire pit, play area! Close to DFW airport, UNT, TWU, Texas Motor Speedway with access to all of DFW. Note: beds are in open ladder loft. Guests must be able to climb steep ladder for access. Sofa (sleeps 1) and/or air mattress available downstairs. We do not allow outside guests, gatherings or parties in the space or yard.
