Beautiful house at the Hill with private pool

Beautiful modern decoration in a gated community, breathtaking view of the ocean. A warm home with EXCLUSIVE PRIVATE POOL ONLY FOR OUR GUESTS, community have great facilities with a playground. Right across the street to Puerto del Rey Marina. House sleeps comfortably 8 people but after the 6 people there is an additional charge of $ 150.00 per person. We have water and electricity full time, no problem with either at all.
