Great spot in the middle of everything. Location is middle of campus, but on a quiet section with established residents, we felt safe even though it was an urban feel. Walking distance to a large park, playground, water park and mainstreet shops/food. Centrally located, which meant a short drive to almost everything else you'd want to do. The house was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, dishes, etc. Large backyard was nice for our kid and dog, and the hot tub worked well and again, was clean. It is a very old house (think early 1900's), so expect very tall ceilings, kind of low piping, smaller spaces (especially bathrooms) and some funky features that are only found in older homes. Overall, though the stay was great.

Beautiful location - with very hospitable hosts, friendly goats, chickens, cat, and dogs, gorgeous views, walkable trails, and many spots for sitting and appreciating the views. This spot was peaceful - and gorgeous - for a first-time stay in Paonia. I would certainly love to stay again - and will recommend it to friends and acquaintances.

Had a fantastic girl's weekend at this place. Plenty of space and great decor. We really enjoyed ourselves!

I really appreciate this place. It was right next to a coffee shop, walkable to several stores and restaurants, fenced-in area of the backyard. We were easily able to host a friend for dinner. The heated bathroom floors were awesome! The decor was cool, getting in and out was easy, and we appreciated that we didn’t have to strip the beds and start laundry. We appreciated the keurig and coffee that came with it. Couches and beds were comfy, shower was clean and nice. Everything was easy to find, easy to use. Anyone who came over commented that it was a great place. This was probably one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. We will definitely stay here next time we’re in cedaredge.

Probably the best organized place I have stayed in. Nicely decorated, comfortable, and did not have any confusion about anything. Your own private place with patio facing farm country and nice view of the mountains. And the cookies she left for me were delicious!

Such a cute little place! Very clean and had everything I needed. The descriptions on how to find it were super clear and helpful so I had no problem. It was very peaceful and private, being back off the road and right by the river. I’d definitely stay here again!

Great location. 10 minutes to downtown Grand junction, 10 minutes to the palisade wineries. Plenty of convenience/grocery stores nearby for anything you need. The cottage itself is dated but is perfectly functional. Great place to rest after a day of being out and about.

We’ve stayed there a couple times and each time was great. The price was good for the area and there is plenty of things to do in the area. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

This is a lovely home. It is one of our favorite hangouts when we come to the grand Valley. Palisade is a wonderful little town with lots of vineyards and lots of culture. The homemade ice cream is excellent and this house is definitely apart of this wonderful valley I highly recommend staying here.

This was our second time coming back, and we intentionally chose to come back because it was so great. Stay here for a peaceful stay in rural farmland with exhilarating views, close to a nice town and nature excursions.

We enjoyed our stay and found it peaceful and relaxing. Loved hanging out on the back patio and also thought the beds were comfy. The place was a short drive to many of the wineries we wanted to visit. Hosts were responsive and flexible - would stay again :)

We had a perfect stay at Mary’s and even stayed an extra day because we liked it so much. Cottage is roomy, very clean, well equipped. Our stay could not have been better!
