The property is very well designed with private spaces for each unit as well as shared space for all units to use. The pool is fantastic with unobstructed views of the waterway that the back of the property borders. Unit 4 was quite spacious, clean, had all the advertised amenities, and a very comfortable bed. The bonus of this unit is that it is the only one that has a waterfront deck with lounge chairs and a cabana. We had a few minor hiccups with the entry code upon arrival and the Internet going down briefly during our stay. The host was very responsive and issues resolved quickly. The only comment I would share to inform future renters is that there was really nowhere to unpack our things as the closet is fairly full so we lived out of suitcases on the floor. Be prepared for that if you have an extended stay. This was very minor for us and I would 100% recommend this place and look forward to another stay in my future!

Great location- SUPER easy parking. The beach is an easy walk away! We walked up to the lighthouse which only took about 20 minutes or less and we highly recommend. Kitchen was stocked well and plenty of pillows and towels! Do plan to bring your own soap and shampoo.

Everything you need for the beach and short walks to the beach, great restaurants. Awesome location and Al was great to deal with.

We had a great time. Just was t able to cook because of bugs coming out with the weather change. Bed was super comfortable and AC was lovely! Karima was VERY responsive but we misplaced some jackets in her closet and wasn’t able to get them back. Thank you for your hospitality otherwise!!

Aviram's place was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to all the places we needed to go and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed the balcony the best!

Love this place! We have stayed at many houses over the years but this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. It was so beautiful at night just relaxing in the pool/hot tub and hanging out outside! The kitchen was fully stocked and easy tp prepare food for our party right at home! I never wanted to leave! Miriam was so responsive to any of our needs, even giving us good restaurant suggestions! Beautiful home.

One of the few Airbnbs that are ACTUALLY walking distance to the beach and Atlantic ave. Book this place if you are staying local and want a truly unique experience.

Beautiful place, perfectly clean and spacious. Waterfall and view of the lake, basketball court and barbecue area were very suitable for us to receive guests in the evening. There is a private beach. Landscape, and very romantic. Very comfortable beds. We are simply delighted. Thank you for the wonderful reception. Thanks allot ❤️❤️❤️☀️

Pros: Location is EVERYTHING!!! Only 1 block away from the beach. There’s a convenient small market across the street, and lots of food options within walking distance. The property was cute felt like your own little tropical oasis! The pool is magnificent! You do share it but it didn’t bother me. Loved having our own private hot tub, a grill and nice patio area, make sure you bring bug spray, the mosquitoes will get you! Bed is comfortable, nice spacious shower. Beach chairs were provided for guests use which was nice! Cons: The couch wasn’t as comfortable. The place could use a better clean, most dishes I used were dirty so I had to re wash everything, and Some beach towels had stains. Would have been extremely useful if we had a laundry basket or hamper available to use. Overall, I would definitely come back again! Host was extremely responsive and helpful, addressed all my concerns & questions. Definitely book it!

Backyard and pool were great, and the neighborhood was very nice. Specifically, the pool has a nice bench seat which made it great for hanging out in. Inside the house was clean and had everything you need. Garage was a nice feature and helped with loading and unloading the car. I would definitely stay again.

This house is a dream!! I could sit by the pool for hours watching the boats go by. Desiree was so nice and always responded quickly. I cannot wait to book this home again with my family.

Deborah and I 1000% loved this place and working with Sylvia, Deborah instantly fell in love with the place and Sylvia NAILED it because Deb has NEVER stayed anywhere except for oceanfront in a high rise and she stated MANY times that she will be contacting Sylvia again to get if she gets lucky enough to do so.. We met a wonderful family from the Netherlands and became friends and hopefully it will grow into better friends Pablo and Diane were AMAZING and very helpful and considerate to our wants and needs, Pablo and I communicated helping each other out.. This Aloha and the people are just simply amazing and have NOTHING negative to say about it and would love to stay again in the future... thank you so very much to Sylvia, Diane and Pablo for making it happen for us.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay thanks to Maven Rentals / Cecilia! From the moment I booked, they were incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. The place was spotless and exactly as described. Every little detail was thought out, from the comfy beds to the well-stocked kitchen, making it feel like a true home away from home. I would recommend the place to everyone and definitely look forward to staying here again!

It was so close to the beach, and the view from the balcony was amazing and fun to watch the people on boats. The pool so clean and so peaceful after spending the day at the beach. Close to restaurants. I walked everywhere. As a solo female vacationer I felt really safe here and was sad to leave my “home”. I will definitely be staying here again :)

Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable, tout était si bien expliqué pour les clients que nous n'avons eu aucunement besoin de demander quelque information à Greg. Il avait répondu à toutes nos interrogations avant notre arrivée. L'appartement est très bien situé face à la piscine et avec une vue magnifique sur le Inlet et le magnifique phare de Pompano. Le logement est fonctionnel et décoré avec beaucoup de goût, il ne manque absolument rien pour répondre aux besoins usuels. Merci Greg .
