We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis where you will see Bold Eagles hanging out in our backyard tree. Enjoy kayaking and fishing during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. For the boating and fishing enthusiast, local boat launch just around the corner. Warsaw is 20 minutes away, where you can enjoy shopping, dining and sightseeing. For anyone seeking a larger city, Fort Wayne is a 45 minutes' drive, where you can visit the Zoo, Theatres and Botanical Conservatory.

Beach House on Bass Lake, IN (Unit A)

Enjoy your getaway to Bass Lake. This 3 bed 2 bath house has been completely renovated in 2022 and is ready for your family. Our guest will be delighted with open floor plan. Sleeps up to 10 people. Located right by the public beach, this is a perfect place for a family vacation! Plenty of things to do during the day in the area Biking, swimming, boating, kayaking or ice fishing. In the evening enjoy the beautiful sunsets by the fire pit (wood not provided) There is another rental on-site.

The Channel House @ Hoffman Lake

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. We live nearby & can assist your stay!

Cozy Cottage on Bass Lake

Relax and play on an all sport lake. Host offers to guests a variety of bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, linking water floats, onsite parking, fire pit, yard games and board games. Guests are welcome to bring their own water toys, jet skies, and boats. We have parking for one trailer. Guests to bring own tie down systems as there is no space on the pier. We have a private ramp or there is access to a public ramp. We encourage guests to research Bass Lake. Owners live in the main house.

Oak Grove Place (2 King Beds) on 5 acres

Fully furnished, large country house. With beautiful country views. Large wrap around front Porch and back deck. Perfect for picnics or just relaxing. Ideal location for any size of family or group. Two king beds, one queen, one full size bed plus a queen sleeper couch to meet a large family needs. During winter months you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace. Wood is provided. (For small groups that use no more than 1 bedroom please contact us for a special rate.)

Rustic Lodge -Oak Tree Lodge

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Culver/Lake Max Home... In-Town & Close to Academy

Clean, Comfortable, Updated Home just steps off of Main Street and a short walk to Cafe Max. A great home for Academy parents to stay while visiting their children. Also, a great residence to stay in if your child's team is playing a Culver team. Dogs are welcome, please no cats. $50 additional pet cleaning fee. Need the house for consecutive weekends? Let me know. Happy to be flexible with cleaning fees and unused mid-week days.

The Riverhouse

Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at our Riverhouse! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located in the country- a few neighbors nearby, a quiet setting, and you may encounter some wildlife. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.

Cozy Cabin at Coppertop Barn

Cozy Cabin is the perfect get away! Full kitchen, indoor fireplace, full bathroom, queen bed, cable and 2 recliners to kick back and relax! Hot tub on the back deck where you will see lot's of wildlife. Patio area w/ chairs and a fire pit w/ grate to cook dinner over the open fire.
