Use our paddle boards and beach gear to experience the lake. Enjoy our firepit, front and back decks, and private enclosed backyard. Parking provided conveniently out front. From our location you can walk anywhere and save the parking fees. Our cozy cabin is equipped with all the necessities you need for a wonderful stay at the lake!

Raspberry Castle

Let your adventure begin at Raspberry Castle. This three story tall tower has been hand constructed from bricks fired in Medicine Hat. John Jensen, a Danish engineer / bricklayer designed our wonderful castle with his family in the 70's. We've modernized and renovated the entire building to make it as comfortable as possible. At Hillwinds House, it’s all about taking a moment to disconnect from your busy life and reconnect with nature. We are excited to share our Alberta landscape with its beautiful sky, empty fields, and close up nature details. The 5 acres are filled with wildflowers, look closely and take a moment to enjoy.

Just a short walk to the beach, Snak Shack for treats, disc golf course (frisbee golf), tennis/pickle ball courts, brand new playground.
