Only a two hour drive from New York City's George Washington Bridge, Callicoon is a charming community, waiting to be explored. With four bedrooms and two full baths, Deer Hollow comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it the perfect gathering place for your family and friends.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Modern Getaway in the Catskills

Our rental unit has a private entrance with kitchen, living & dining rooms and full bath on the first floor. 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed , AC and 1/2 bath on 2nd fl. A porch w/ patio furn. a charcoal BBQ and 50 wooded acres to explore. We supply sheets, towels, kitchenware, coffeemaker and 2 flat screen satellite TVs, Internet and Wi-Fi. A great getaway for 2 adults. 20 min. to Bethel Woods 30 mins to Resorts World Casino. No smoking, pets, animals or children. All are welcome. Rainbow Friendly.
