The Lily Pad

The Lily Pad is a comfy one room king bed cottage with a porch overlooking the pond. A private full bath is 30 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes, but you have a private entry). The paved path is well lit. The cottage is insulated, heated,air conditioned, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used w/ your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want to interact or need anything.

Relax and enjoy this treetop studio, by an 8-acre meadow. The space includes a king-sized bed, cozy living room, fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, washer and dryer. We do have an in-ground pool you are welcome to use, it is a shared space with our family so we may be in it but you are always welcome to take a dip even if we aren’t around! Guests have access to the upper dwelling of the carriage house that shares acreage with the main house. Guests can walk the land and explore nature. There is a garden with seating nearby, a pond, a stream running through the property, and a fire pit that guests can enjoy. Perfect get-away spot for a couple that wants to explore the area.
