The cottage shares the property with a main residence, three horses, chickens, cat and two dogs—and we welcome your pets, too. A queen-sized pull-out bed is in the Living Room. The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating! The location is centrally located, so less than 5 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores(Hay's and Walmart) bakeries, restaurants, coffees and more. Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. This small, detached guesthouse is at the end of a quiet, dead end street. This guesthouse is ONLY 4.5 miles to the Datto Access Ramp on Black River and 4.5 miles from Reyno Levee Access Ramp. It is 7 miles from Schaefer's Eddy Black River Boat Ramp. There are 2 queen size beds and 2 couches and bunk beds It can sleep up to 6 people in beds It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer.
