This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home will allow you to vacation in comfort and style. We have recently completed many upgrades to the property, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. All bedrooms have TVs, including family room and gaming room/office, which can be shut off from other rooms for a quiet space. Kitchen, family and dining rooms are an open space, great for entertaining.

Welcome! This house was built in 1920 and has been beautifully restored. It's three blocks from the center of downtown Deland! Walk or take a quick bike ride to restaurants and shops. It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

This home offers ample space to spread out and relax, with a fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly fenced in back yard. Clara house is 30 minutes from Daytona speedway and New Symrna beaches. Blue Springs state park is 6 miles away and 45 minutes to Orlando. 5 miles to Bridal Oakes, and directly across the street from north west square. This is a non smoking house!

Deltona is know for its many lakes and Springs. Family friendly and centrally located between Daytona Beach and Orlando parks. Daytona Speedway is only 36 minutes drive. Visiting with an infant, for your convenience, we provide a Playpen, a bouncing seat, and a tub.

There is also a game room to make lots of lasting memories with your family. We are only 40 minutes to Daytona & New Smyrna Beach. 45 minutes to theme parks.

The Hillside Haven Oasis

Enjoy a warm and inviting stay in our beautiful Sanctuary in your own private guest quarters, sweetly dubbed, "The Hillside Haven Oasis" This is an extension of our home, similar to a Mother In Law Suite. Only shared space would be the outdoors and we leave that for your private enjoyment. We created this Oasis with a desire is for our guests to feel calm, comfort and tranquility while being showered with Florida Sun. It would be our privilege to serve you as our guests here. :)

Welcome to your next Florida beach getaway! Our cozy first floor (no stairs!) condo is just a few minutes walk, via a dedicated pathway, to the no drive (no vehicle access) part of New Smyrna Beach. It’s across the street from 1 of 3 pools, shuffleboard, tennis, pickleball & clubhouse. It is a short drive to Flagler Ave., restaurants, shopping & more. The Sea Woods community offers 53-acres of old Florida style, including shaded walking and biking trails.
