Annette’s place is beautiful and peaceful! The perfect place for our little getaway in Pagosa Springs! We really enjoyed the sunrises at home (the view is amazing). And we had everything we needed! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Very cute Airbnb, perfect for 1 person or a couple. Check in/out was extremely easy, and communication was practically instant any time I’d send a message. Walkable to any restaurant or shop you’d want to go to in Westcliffe. Beautiful views from the balcony. The studio was well equipped with literally anything you’d ever need. The restaurant next door is fabulous, however it was a little rowdy after hours on a Saturday night and woke us up from our sleep. Aside from the late night noise (which is obviously not the hosts fault) this place was a great place to stay and I’d stay here again!

The Mill Cabin Suite in Creede, CO was a perfect, cozy, comfortable and quiet stay for the two of us. It is ideally located on the edge of town, out of the main traffic pattern, and within walking distance of the market, restaurants and stores. It is is quaintly appointed with old Colorado mining town decor. In fact the bedroom is an actual reconstructed old small family cabin! The whole place was hand built by Jenna’s husband, Chev. You could tell that they really cared because of all the small, but very appreciated, small personal touches - fresh flowers, candles, welcome sign on fridge handmade with ball magnets, full info sheet, list of restaurants, lots of local brochures, personal hand written welcome note, hand laid flagstone floor in bathroom with hand hewn heart, etc. Both Jenna and Chev were very warm, friendly, super responsive and helpful. We even chatted for a bit over coffee and cookies. This will be our go to place in Creede. Cathy & Joe R.

Outstanding Airbnb Experience with Mr. Danny! My stay at Mr. Danny's Airbnb was truly exceptional! From the start, he was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. The place was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. One of the standout gestures was when Mr. Danny offered me a ride to and from the airport due to the limited local transportation options. His generosity and willingness to help made my trip so much easier and stress-free. If anyone is visiting Adam State University, I highly recommend staying here. The campus is just a 10-minute walk away, making it super convenient. If you're looking for a host who genuinely cares about his guests, I highly recommend staying with Mr. Danny. The place is incredible, you enjoy peace and quiet, it has enough space for large groups of people, we were 10 and we all slept very comfortable, the kitchen was very complete, you will find all the utensils you need to cook. We will definitely come back in summer 🤩

My sister and I LOVED our stay here! We needed flexibility when we checked in, and Erin was SO flexible and kind to help. We loved the place and couldn’t get over the views. The farm fresh eggs were a life saver when we ended up in Creststone later than expected. And to top it all off, our car needed a jump when we left, and she and her husband were so helpful and accommodating. They truly went above and beyond. We cannot wait to visit again, and I cannot recommend this place enough for a getaway.

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful place to stay for a couple days! Close to Great sand dunes national park and hot springs. Easy check in and cute place. Our dog also loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Dakota House. It is thoughtfully layed out and equipped with everything a renter would need. Katy was easy to communicate with! We spent the week skiing and driving around the surrounding areas. South Fork is limited in amenities, but the quick 23 minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area was great! Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Our families stay was amazing, the house is such a beautiful mountain home with numerous amenities. Melissa was an amazing host and we can't to come back. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great space. Great location to ski area. Provided all the essentials we typically have to buy (tissues, liquid hand soap, paper towels, etc.). Have every kitchen appliance you could possibly need. Only downside was the heat can’t go above 68°. Texans and outdoor temps of 20° need more heat in the house. With the lock issue, luckily there were two ways to enter. That was a bonus opposed to having to wait. Overall a great place to stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The house was so comfy and cozy and in the perfect location. The garage is a huge plus!! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the fire places added a special touch! We will absolutely be back!

This was a great house for the 7 of us (4 kids from age 2-11) and 3 adults. It was spacious, had everything we needed, has character, and was a good location to use as a base to get out and see the Monte Vista National Wildlife park and the Sand Dunes. There is also a kids playground just a couple of blocks away which was an added bonus for us. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

We had a great stay in Pagosa at Andrew’s place. Clean house, comfy beds, great location, and responsive host-you can tell they really care about their guests. We will be back!

Really enjoyed staying at this location. The unit has a great feel and is very comfortable. Love the high ceilings and the amazing light fixtures. Walkable to The Springs Resort and downtown shops and restaurants. Great view out the front windows of the resort. Convenient to have a reserved parking space behind the building as well.

Great location! Had a fun, relaxing weekend away.

I rented Beau's place for my parents, for their 50th anniversary. They immediately loved the location, the condo and they were greeted with an amazing welcome/anniversary basket. They had the best time. Thank you Beau! We'll be back!

We LOVED this place! I can see why it’s a guest favorite. It was probably the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. The whole entire place felt super fancy. All of the furniture and beds were so so nice. The price was super reasonable for what we got! We stayed here to ski at Wolf Creek and it was perfect. The kids loved the upstairs and there was so much room! Looked way bigger than the pics even. We are already planning our next trip and definitely want to stay here again! 10/10 recommend this place!
