Private Guesthouse with Bay View Deck

The one bedroom, one bath unit was recently remodeled (in 2017) and includes all new kitchen, bathroom, full size laundry and air conditioning. The large 400 square foot private deck has new outdoor furniture with views of Mission Bay and gorgeous sunsets year round. Enjoy a show on the 50" 4K LG smart TV in the living room which offers Netflix, Amazon Video, and major network TV stations. Cook a delicious meal in the kitchenette complete with a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, electric stove top, coffeemaker, and more. If you plan to head to the beach, the storage ottoman is secretly a "beach box" containing a couple of folding chairs, beach toys, towels and a small cooler. The unit is stocked with coffee, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies, iron, and more. Filtered water is provided via a faucet on the kitchen sink. Easy check-in via a numeric keypad on the front door with the code provided prior to arrival. Plenty of street parking is available. We love meeting new people and live next door in the main house so we are available most anytime. We are both from San Diego and still love to explore the latest new spots so we are happy to give recommendations. Bay Park is a great central neighborhood originally built in the early 1940s. It was recently voted the most livable neighborhood in a recent San Diego poll. Check out the restaurants on Morena Boulevard, which are just a few minutes' walk away or explore all of the major attractions of San Diego easily. The house has easy access to I-5 and is only 10-15 mins from downtown, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo and the airport. The private guest house is located across from Mission Bay and within walking distance to bay, market, restaurants and coffee shops. Uber/Lyft is $8 to $14 to most of San Diego's main attractions. There is a bit of white noise from the highway down the hill near Mission Bay when out on the deck but nothing too bad, just worthy of mention. The unit has double paned vinyl windows so it's quiet indoors.

Your view of the sunset comes from the pocket park next door, perfect for listening to waves. Your suite has an outdoor patio with dining table and chairs. We are on a popular surfing spot. Go down to the tide pools below, bike rental nearby. Restaurants, coffee shops 3 minutes away & night life on Garnet is wild. Store your surfboard on the patio. Occasionally from 10.30am to 3pm there's noisy work on the house for which we will agree on a discount. Sometimes no noise at all.

Serene San Diego Canyon Getaway

Our cozy studio-style guest house perched above a tree-filled canyon is a serene getaway in the center of San Diego, just a few minutes' drive to all local attractions and most of our other institutions (colleges, universities, hospitals). The casita is comfortable for two or a small family, with full kitchen capacity to prepare at-home meals. Our weather here is temperate, but if the weather gets hot, we have a silent mini-split A/C unit to cool the casita as needed.

Cardiff Beach House - 5 min walk to beach

Little Lotus is a new and unique contemporary and beautifully decorated Cardiff beach house. Located just a few minutes walk from everything including the beach and surf, public park, great restaurants, stores and Seaside Market. Large patio (550sf) for lounging and dining with direct access to the large lush garden with mature trees providing natural shade. The garden is fully fenced and there is an outdoor shower. Professionally cleaned after every stay.

South Mission Beach Zen-Like Studio

This fully furnished second story South Mission bayside studio offers relaxed beach living. This studio sleeps 2 (Queen Bed) & 2 Boogie Boards are provided; private off street parking on premise. Bbq grill on small balcony. The unit is steps to the bay and short three minute stroll to the beach. Two beach cruiser bicycles provided which is one great way to get around the area. Please note, access to the second story is via an outdoor spiral staircase.

Shell Beach Hideaway

Beach vibe 1 bedroom apt. on family occupied property. Off-street parking in Pacific Beach 2 blocks from Crown Pt. Shores Park on Mission Bay where miles of bike paths lead around the bay and to the beach. Near Mission Bay Golf, and Sea World. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance (7-10 blocks). Bus lines are 5 blocks. We are on a quiet 2 block long street with bikes, beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and beach towels for your use.
