This spacious home is located on beautiful Lake Alexander just west of Merrill, Wisconsin. Enjoy the tranquil view year-round as you plan the many activities that this location offers. You bring the boat, and we'll supply the dock. Throw in your ski's or wakeboard, and don't forget your fishing poles! Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

Our property on Little Gillett Lake is a special place. The cottage is new, but exudes the charm and character of classic Northwoods Americana. The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

Relax and play at this adorable cottage, on the water or on the trails. The Lake Effect on Lower Post Lake gives all the feels. It takes place before you arrive, the nature, the trees, the “up north” vibe. This beautiful lake home greets you with wonderful pine throughout. You can see the lake from the first steps in the door. It's modern and bright. The property sits higher up from the lake giving you an eye-level view of the peaceful surroundings. Plenty to do or not do, it's your call.

My place is quiet, serene and private, and secluded. Hear the rooster crow or collect your own eggs for your breakfast. Head down to the private pond to try your luck at fishing (no license required) or paddle boarding. If you need to warm up, use the sauna or the outdoor hot tub year round. It is an easy drive to the interstate. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets). ski Granite Peak. Hike the Ice Age Trail. Genuine log cabin with all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway to nature. Privacy, room to roam. Huge firepit area with abundant seating. Good fishing. Spectacular fall foliage. Winter-direct access to snowmobile trails or stay cozy indoors in front of the fireplace. There are a few taxidermy species mounted on walls. Board games. Three TVs. Dish Network and Internet. Not a good swimming lake but other lakes for swimming and boating within 5-10 minutes away.
