The 2 bedrooms both have air-conditioning, fans and plenty of cupboard space. Large flat screen tv including Streaming services & good wifi. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.

Venture out on the nearby cycling and walking tracks or just relax at the various nearby restaurants and cafes. Take a short drive to the pristine surf beaches at Woorim.

IMPORTANT: there is a 2 person maximum. If you are a healthy person and want to isolate yourself from everyone and also the city life, then this place is perfect for you. You will have a whole separate and independent apartment on the second floor of the house. Connected to wifi and and only 1 hour away from Brisbane, 1 minute drive to the beach and 1 min drive to the supermarket, post office, petrol station, and restaurants. Our place is for respectful, non-partying people only.

Valley View enjoys very pleasant views including wildlife. I offer a fully renovated private home with independent living. Valley View is a smoke free zone - This applies to the whole property. Valley View is 3.5 Kls from Ocean View Estate function centre. I am happy to host bridal parties and may be available for transport to your venue, we can discuss this aspect? You will have the entire house and lockup shed to yourself. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, smart tv with Netflix and a large covered deck with BBQ perfect for the afternoon drink.
