Il monolocale ha l'attrezzatura di base per preparare la colazione o uno snack (frigorifero, macchina da caffè, tostapane, stoviglie) ma non è permesso cucinare perché non ci sono le attrezzature necessarie. La pulizia è garantita ogni giorno e la biancheria viene cambiata ogni due giorni.
