The country chateau is a warm welcoming house that was built in 1925 and still has many of the traditional features. Hardwood floors, oven, large bath tub and large rooms. Inside you will find calm colors and a cozy feeling to relax and rest during your stay. The vintage kitchen is fully equipped.

This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

The house is centrally located in Wichita Falls, just a block away from Midwestern State University, minutes from the major shopping centers, 10 minutes to downtown or the MPEC Event Center, and 15 minutes to Sheppard AFB. Recently renovated, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a large kitchen, dining room, family room, laundry room (with full size washer and dryer) and oversized sun room that doubles as 3rd bedroom. Enjoy the backyard with covered seating and fire pit.

We are walking distance to shopping and local eateries, 5 minutes away from Midwestern State University and North Texas State Hospital. Sheppard Air Force Base is a short 15 minute drive away. The MPEC Event Center and the downtown area is only a short 10 minute drive away. Whatever brings you to town, we are close enough to it all.

Come stay in a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath modern farmhouse cottage in the pumpjack capital of Texas! Conveniently located across the street from Electra City Park! Perfect for stargazing! Electra, TX is a quaint small oilfield town with tons of character and wonderful history! Everywhere in town you would need or want to explore is about 1 mile away. Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.
