Enjoy this comfortable guesthouse/duplex located on the edge of a peaceful 11 acre family homestead just down the road from Walker’s Bluff Casino! You are just 1.5 mi from Walker’s Bluff Casino, 3.4 mi to Carbondale, 5.5 mi to SIUC, and 13 mi to Giant City State Park, and close to the Wine Trail! All three bedrooms offer new memory foam mattresses. The large eat-in kitchen has all of the basics that you might need to make a delicious meal at home. On-site laundry available in the unit.

The kitchen is stocked, the hot tub is ready to go, and the local area boasts many wineries, state parks for hiking, and beautiful scenery. This spacious cabin features a comfortable King bed, 55” TV above a gas fireplace, and recently had a top to bottom renovation! The spacious back deck features a large hot tub just steps from the back door, hooks for the provided terry cloth robes, and a Weber grill.

Featuring a Large Furnished Kitchen, Livingroom, Laundry Room, Three Fully furnished Bedrooms, including TVs, Two Bathrooms, Large Driveway, Extended Wi-Fi Service, and Large Fenced in Backyard with Secure Gated Access for RV's, with 30-amp Electric Plugs and Water available for slight upcharge. I am personally available to ensure that your check-in and stay is enjoyable.

Four friends have joined forces to create this cozy space for you to feel right at home in. We've made the space fun, with each bedroom having a unique theme. Our coffee bar also offers a variety of mugs, so each person can pick their favorite. We had your comfort in mind when we selected new queen mattresses, soft bedding, and plush towels. The couch and extra seating are very comfy. For our likeminded germaphobe friends, we chose light bedding to ensure utmost cleanliness.
