"Seatreat" is comfy, clean, and close to the Beach

The place we call "Seatreat" is highly recommended by guests. (Rated a 4.9 as of this writing) It is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and is close to many good restaurants such as "Aunt Catfish", Our Deck Down Under (on the river), and "Cracked Egg" just 2 blocks toward the beach. It comes well equipped with wifi, backyard deck with new Weber gas grill, and a fenced yard for pets or children. The kitchen comes well equipped with microwave and many utensils for serving.

Outdoor shower. 1 car garage and driveway. 2 car maximum. Boats, RVs or trailers are not allowed without approval prior to booking. Pets allowed, $95 pet fee. 15% weekly discount, 30% monthly discount.

Enjoy great ocean views on no-driving beach, 1 hr. from Orlando. Ideal for couple. Small pet may be ok (must be contained to house and our yard). Had an unexpected cancellation due to tenant illness for January 2026.
