Davidson County: soggiorni in loft

Great place walking to Broadway! Very safe! Very nice! We have stayed here multiple times and will return again.

This was the perfect little spot for us. It is private, secure and in a great location. We were in walking distance for coffee and brunch. Easy access to all the touristy spots. Home was very clean and had everything we needed. Nashville is now one of our favorites and we will stay here again for sure!

Cool place, very walkable, close to lots of good restaurants, Broadway, the Ryman, etc. Walked to a concert over at the Pinnacle. Walked everywhere - didnt need an Uber/Lyft except to and from the airport. Nice to go up on the roof and hang out looking at the skyline. Would definitely recommend and will look this up next time we come to town!

It’s a great place. I loved the loft style and the layout was great. It was actually a lot of space. I’d definitely stay again. And the neighborhood was great. I don’t like staying on broadway. You definitely spend some money in Ubers and parking but I’d much rather stay at a place like this than a hotel on broadway. It was an awesome place.

Great little place walkable to downtown, yet quiet and off the beaten path! Very clean and well decorated! Linda was a great host, very friendly, even packed us a goodie bag for our trip home!

Apartment was exactly as listed. It was clean and spacious and close to Broadway and restaurants. Instructions for parking and entering the unit were clear and concise. Trash room instructions were a bit confusing as I’m not sure if there was one on the first floor, but we found one on the second floor. Hosts offered us an early check in because the unit was available and we appreciated that very much. Thank you!

The perfect place for our stay on our first visit to Nashville. Located right in the heart of Downtown everything was accessible. Amanda was a great host, super informative and more than happy to assist with any questions we had during our stay. Would absolutely stay again

It was wonderful! James is an excellent host and the place was clean but parking is tight although wonderfully located under the units. Vehicle Spacing was an issue-some vehicles were too large and it was difficult with all the stone pillars to easily park car. but dont let that stop u from renting, just be prepared! The price was a lil more than I would have expected AND keep in mond, it was Easter w/e but felt over 800$ for 2 nights was a bit too much in all honesty. But it was very clean!! Great location!! Ty so much, James!!

Clear instructions on how to get into building, parking was easy. Very clean and decorated well. Stocked really well, extra towels, wash clothes, laundry detergent, bathroom essentials. I have found a lot of places have the bare minimum, so you need to run to the store as soon as you get there. She had everything we needed when we arrived. Also a recent trend is a whole list of tasks to do at checkout, but here all they asked was for us to leave towels in a pile and turn lights off. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment almost felt bigger than the pictures. It was quiet and had everything you’d need for a couples trip to Nashville. It was easy to get in and out of downtown Nashville without having to get stuck in the interstate traffic. It was a nice little place for an anniversary trip.

Located in the heart of everything -- fantastic location and vibe. Place was spacious and very clean. The perfect place if you want to be where it's all happening. Walkable to Music Row, Vandy, killer places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.
