Enjoy all downtown Nashville has to offer (13 miles away) then come home, sit back relax in the serene setting on the patio, gazebo or inside our cozy suite.

This quaint little home is settled perfectly in the sweet town of Goodlettsville,TN. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet convenient to so much! A fantastic park with a lighted trail is only one block away or stroll down main street for local shops. Get the small town, country feel, while having close access to all things Nashville! We are located nearly 2 mi from the interstate(65), 12mi to Downtown Nashville, 20mi to BNA(airport), less than 10mi to Hendersonville and Whites Creek!

Enjoy the large deck, soak in the oversized clawfoot tub or just relax in the garden. Close to all of the restaurants, bars, shops, music, galleries that make East Nashville so unique.

Magical in all seasons! Soothe your soul with an unforgettable escape, surrounded by nature and suspended twenty feet above a babbling brook! Listen to the rushing water and the bamboo whispering in the breeze, take in a sunset, or wade in the creek below. We hope you’ll enjoy this unique covered bridge conversion, expanding from bank to bank with a 50-foot front deck. Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Must see to appreciate the beauty and amenities offered by this unique, beautiful home. We welcome families, pets and groups. A very quiet neighborhood. Not suitable for loud parties. Quiet time is 9 pm to 7 am.

My place is with in walking distance to many restaurants, Cafe Roze, 5 Daughters Bakery, Ugly Mugs, Two Ten Jack (Ramen & Sushi). Jeni's Ice Cream. Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.

Loft Retreat in Nashville's Germantown/Downtown

Just under 600 sq. ft., our keyless entry loft lies over our detached garage. An upper deck, full kitchen, walk-in closet, futon couch/sofa for 3 adults or 2 adults/1 child. A private space behind our home. Just under 2 miles is Downtown while our Sounds Stadium, Bi-Centennial Park and Farmers Market are walkable. Uber/Lyft for$7-12 to Broadway music, 12th South or the Gulch. Ideal for couples, solo or business travelers and families with kids over 5.
