We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

A lovely cabin next to a lake. Open plan layout felt like you had lots of space even when 6 people staying together. Hot tub was amazing and such a great addition. Comfy beds and every room having a en-suite was an added bonus. Would stay again!

We loved the location! Stunning views and a gated entrance giving a secure feel. Our cabin was lovely - well equipped with loads of extra goodies which was a lovely touch. Bath towels provided and separate towels for the hot tub. Sadly the hot tub wasn’t working for our visit however we were very quickly told that we could use the hot tub at the main residence, which actually had even better views so that wasn’t a problem and we didn’t feel overlooked or a bother. We loved having all the animals around the farm and grew especially fond of Lenny the cat who spent a lot of time with us. The hosts were incredibly friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A fabulous stay in a wonderful location. Loved our weekend in your idyllic retreat. So peaceful. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in lodge 1. Initially slightly disappointed as there was bits of rubbish in the patio area, black mould in the bathrooms, broken utensils, a very unsteady dishwasher, filthy oven door, unusable tv with a broken aerial and two remote control (only one had batteries)to cover all four tvs. BUT when we went to reception and spoke to the lovely lady about everything she was so apologetic and very helpful and within five minutes of getting back to our lodge a very lovely man came and rectified what he could. The cafe on site was cheap and cheerful with lovely staff and nice food. The lakes are quiet and peaceful with so much wild life. The check in and check out times are exceptional. You need to take hair towels as they only provide bath towels.

We had a beautiful stay! The view was amazing and the facilities were perfect. We loved the little reception area where you could get games, DVD’s and toys. We loved the little Easter touches aswell! The lodge was VERY clean easy to get in to, very clear instructions on how to use things and how to get in. My son loved the big field in front of the lodge. Overall it was a beautiful stay and 100% would recommend

We stayed at Emily's place for our 10 year anniversary. It was absolutely magical. The cabin is in beautiful surroundings and very peaceful... just what we wanted. There is lots to do in surrounding areas but we made the most out of the wild pool, sauna and BBQ area. We woke up to the sound of wildlife. Sitting on the decking, with our morning coffee, surrounded by animals and greenery was absolute BLISS. We will definitely be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family!

We had the most relaxing couple of days here. we stayed In pod 3 & it was just as described, spotlessly clean, couldn’t ask for much more. The photos showed a nice egg chair on the decking which we didn’t actually have but this didn’t but a dampener on anything. Would definitely recommend and we will be coming back soon.

We had a lovely time, even in winter when the rain was pouring! It's cosy and clean, close to Rutland water if you want to visit. I'm originally from Rutland and we were visiting family, it's a short journey to Oakham, Uppingham, Rutland water, close to amenities. It was great to have the dog with us and our 5-year-old. We will be booking again!

Beautiful lodge everything was there even down to treats for us and our dog. Very dog friendly. We will definitely book agian and recommend to others.

I recently enjoyed an outstanding stay at Kate and Frank's Airbnb with my wife and dog, arguably the best Airbnb experience we've had. The location is ideal, conveniently off the M40 and on the edge of the Cotswolds, offering plenty to explore nearby. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by their friendly farm dog, Fred, a big fluffy bear of a dog who quickly became friends with our dog. Kate made sure we had everything we needed and then gave us space, although she was available if needed. The accommodations exceeded our expectations; spacious, well-maintained, and featuring a must-have hot tub. The thoughtful extras elevated our stay, they included a variety of snacks and drinks; beer, Prosecco, local bread, eggs, and baked goods, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with essentials. Plenty of towels, bathrobes and flip flops were provided for the hot tub. Although there was no Wi-Fi, our phone signal sufficed (o2) and there was a Sky+ box provided. We hope to return again

What a great find if your in Banbury, and what a fantastic host Kate was. Nothing was too much. The cabin was so homely and mattress was heavenly slept a solid 10 hours. Hot tub was glorious. I feel so great after a relaxing few days.

Would definitely recommend to others. Super responsive host prior to arrival, and also helped hugely with a heating issue that got fixed quickly. We had a good stay, it suited our needs

We had the loveliest stay here for my daughter’s birthday treat. The tub was an amazing addition and really made the stay that more special. The room was so pretty and bright and clean. We had a very comfortable night and had everything we needed. My daughter has said she’d like to come again next year so we can’t wait to return!

Really lovely 2 night stay for a wedding at a venue 10 minutes away. Location is secure, please is clean, spacious with fun little quirks. Everything we needed for the nights we were there. Thank you Liz & Joe!

We had a lovely stay in Rhiannon’s studio. It had everything needed to be a comfortable base for a few days exploring the area. The studio is tastefully designed and decorated, the living area in particular is gorgeous- you feel like you’re among the treetops with views over the village rooftops and church tower. Communication was prompt and helpful and the hosts are nearby if you need anything. However it still felt like a completely private space.

Thank you for giving us the space we needed to relax . The Boat house is very spacious. I feel so relaxed which is just what I needed. Beautiful surroundings. Lovely walks, I would highly recommend this place and this lovely host to anyone

We had a wonderful stay at Andy & Eileen's little cottage. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. As a bonus, some extras was included in the fridge. The bathroom was spotless, there were plenty of towels and TP, everything in the kitchen was fully functional and in great working order, and the fridge was full size and cold. Internet, sofa, dining table, and TV were all great too. We have absolutely no complaints. The absolute bonus were the two dogs and fenced off bunny rabbits. They were such a delight. And Andy kept an excellent job ensuring any land mines were promptly removed. Overall an excellent stay with some super great hosts. We highly recommend staying here.

Victoria’s cabin was by the far the most tranquil place I’ve ever been. The views were amazing and I never been so amazed to see a cabin that has everything yoj need. The wood furnace was by far the Best thing , watching the fire whilst chatting. Me and my partner constantly were Saying how lovely and how friendly Victoria and Phillip were. They really are good kind hearted people . We felt so at home we stayed an extra day !! I havnt told anyone where this place is haha as we’ve decided to keep it for ourselves for next time to come. This place truly has warmed my heart and left me so warm. Perfect size for 2 people and the bbq and fire pit was amazing watching the stars at night. I can’t thank anyone but Victoria and Philip for really being so helpful and accommodating and sweet xxxx

An amazing stay! Lovely space, beautiful finishes and decor, very comfy bed, great shower, lovely amenities, spotlessly clean. A very peaceful setting and saw lots of wildlife. Really do feel that you have the whole place to yourself. Can’t recommend enough!

Our stay could have not been better. Val communicated to us from the very beginning. Once we got in there everything we needed was just there. Every detail was taken care off, from little chocolates for our arrival, to the position of the chairs at the terrace overlooking the field and sheep’s. We had the chance to meet the hosts and enjoy some conversations with them. The goats and chickens really do add up to the experience. It delta like a little bubble we would love to come back to.
