We had to quickly book an overnight stay before our flight, glad Ms. Kim's unit was available! We had a satisfying stay here, especially because it's close to the airport. The location is so convenient, and the unit is clean! :)

Such a pleasant place to stay, with a playground nearby. The space appears clean, but there is an empty bottle of apple juice in the freezer. Still a 10/10, I felt really at ease and at home while I was staying.

I think by now we are already regular visitors. We usually stay in Jen's place to visit relatives who live close by. Place is great, peaceful and private. Bed is comfortable, nice living area and very big kitchen with all utensils present, you won't need to bring anything. Market is close by and community is friendly. Great deal and very friendly host!

This was my first time booking on Airbnb, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Clarity Chaire’s space was simply wonderful. The accommodation was exactly as described, and everything was spotless and well-organized. Me and my friends were thoroughly impressed with the comfort and amenities provided. I found my stay very pleasant. I felt as if I were home. I spent lots of dinners enjoying the patio. The patio was very private I really loved all the Rainey night dinners while drinking a glass of wine with my girlfriend. I would have to say that I could not have founda better place to stay at. I hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

Mellow’s place was a home away from home. I arrive din Davao earlier than the check in time and she offered to leave my luggage at the appartment. I forgot my steamer too and they let me bowwor their flat iron. I will definitely book the place again.

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia’s House! The place was spotless and very well-maintained; you can tell cleanliness is a top priority. It’s also super convenient; just a short walk to SM Mall and with easy access to Davao Coastal Road, which made getting around so smooth. 5 Stars! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condominium! The unit was spotless, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the building amenities especially the pool were top-notch. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient getaway!
