The property contains 100 acres of forest, trails, and abundant wildlife. Swain Mountain Ski Resort is just 4 miles South, and 7,700 acres of NYS Wild Life Management Area is only 1/2 mile East!

Our cabin is equipped with a full size fridge/freezer, kitchen, TV, AC, heat, and large living room. Our deck has a outdoor kitchen with a fridge, grill and a fireplace. The view that is offered at our cabin is like no other. This cabin is on the same property as a working horse farm. We also offer guided horseback rides to the public.

It's a 35-minute drive to Buffalo, a 15-min drive to historic East Aurora, 25 minutes to Highmark stadium, and an hour to Niagara Falls. You will have entire access to the cabin,which includes a master bedroom, full kitchen, living room, loft, and bathroom. The cabin is enjoyable year round.
