Relax on the large deck or firepit in the lower outdoor entertaining area. A short drive or walk to the picturesque Metung village. Come escape to our little slice of paradise!

Little Bogong

Little Bogong offers a comfortable and private hide-away for one or two couples seeking peace and solitude. Enjoy spectacular outlook to Victoria’s high mountains. The set-up includes a brand new second bathroom and laundry off the main downstairs living area to accompany the quality queen-sized sofa bed. Set on two hectares of steep landscaped grounds, the unique site will take your breath away with its native plantings, visiting kangaroos, native birds, and private outdoor dining space.

Escape the hustle & settle in at The Mills Rest right at the foothills of Mt Buller. The Victorian High Country's wondrous landscapes, Delatite River, plus epic mountains & terrains- whether by foot, bike, ski or dirt-bike await. The Mills Rest is a stay ready to entertain you & up to 11 others. An indoor cosy fireplace to keep you warm after a day on the snow, or in summer, a rear deck with BBQ, as you sit and watch the magical sunset. Perfect for families, couples or groups of friends.

Avalon House: The Mine Managers

The Mine Managers Suite at Avalon House has some of the original timber wall panelling dating back to 1889 giving it old word charm whilst upgraded modern amenities make it a warm and comfortable private apartment for two. This was the residence of Thomas Davey who managed the Harrietville Gold Company till the great depression in the 20’s. With a private pet friendly courtyard, it is in the centre of town walking distance to Cafes, Parks, Rivers, Pubs and all Harrietville has to offer.

@miners_cabin Escape to Miner's Cabin, a charming freestanding timber home tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Rawson. Surrounded by nature and fully fenced for privacy, this peaceful retreat offers stunning mountain views and direct glimpses of Baw Baw National Park. Enjoy relaxing around the fire pit, cooking in the fully-equipped kitchen, soaking in one of the two outdoor baths, or simply unwinding with the local wildlife.

Pete's Alpine Studio 3

Comfortable and eclectic, this self contained one bedroom studio (one of three) has been built almost entirely from recycled materials. Located at Alpine Ridge, in the heart of the high country and just 4 kilometres from the base of Mt Buller, it is perfectly located for exploring this pristine area. Suitable for people who love the mountains and everything that goes with it. Two other studios are also available.

Romantic Echo Ridge Spa Cabin (Couples only)

Romantic, private, fully self contained log cabin with spa. Hand crafted King Bed, pool table, private outdoor fireplace, indoor wood heater, reverse cycle air conditioning / heating, large chef sized kitchen. Easy walking distance to township and Buchan Caves Reserve. Totally private. No pets, except horses : horses are welcome with paddock and stockyard available.

The Cabin at Kevington, on the Goulburn River

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.

Timber Top Lodge - Forest Retreat

Timber Top Lodge is a rustic, cosy, off-grid cabin located in the sleepy village of Tanjil Bren. It's two and a half hours east of Melbourne and 20 minutes from Mt Baw Baw Ski Village. The cabin offers the perfect place to kick back and relax, or it can be a comfy base if you want to get out and explore.
