Huge 1920s era house in the heart of Perry. Just a few block from downtown, this house is so much larger than it appears. It is newly renovated with 6 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. It has a formal dining room, big kitchen with seating around an island plus a table that seats 6, cozy living room, and sun room. The lot next door is also owned by us and a great place for kids to play. The home is also available for special occasions such as parties and bridal/baby showers.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

Welcome to our fresh and clean house in westside of Urbandale. This residential ranch includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open-floor plan, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry with washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage. We clean, sanitize, and wash linens between guest. Please let us know ahead if you need a baby crib. We will set it up. Coffee, cream, sodas included. Water dispenser is inside of the fridge. Please help yourself.
