Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. Nedaleko jsou i turisticky vyhledávaná místa Maxův kříž, zříceniny hradů Kozlov a Holoubek a cyklistické stezky.

The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment and metro station Anděl is only 3 mins away by foot! There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availability of parking  in garages - 15€/day. And yes, we have fast Wi-Fi internet
