Or, relax with a book on the porch while enjoying the sound of the water and nature. The cottage was built in 2015 and has a Walmart & grocery store in Pocahontas Arkansas 30 minutes away. New in 2025 a bonus room for Bible Study, Sunday School Retreats or just more room for games and more family fun.

Explore the spring river for duck hunting, fishing, floating, hiking, quaint shops and eateries in scenic Hardy, nearby access to Peebles Bluff Strawberry River rec area, and Martin creek.
