Close to laundry facility and a reasonable distance from the resort pool to minimize noise. Terrific snorkeling and scuba diving right off two separate sea wall stairs/access ladders.

Our house is a semidetached house in a condominium of 17 buildings, called Lagoon Ocean Resort . This is no typical resort with a reception, guest entertainment and so on. It is a quiet retreat, with access only for residents and guests. You find a parking for your car and a swimming pool with shower, deckchairs and a typical palapa that offers shade. This is all in a well-maintained compound with blossoming plants. Nearby are the sandy beach and two retaurants /bars with affordable prices.

The 1 bed, 2 bath townhome has a King size bed, a balcony with beautiful ocean views! There is a full kitchen, a pull-out sofa bed, and another full bathroom on the main.
