The Cart House, Hadrian's Wall country

The Cart House is self contained accommodation accessed via its own front door. It comprises of a comfortable lounge and a small kitchenette with fridge freezer, microwave, sink, airfryer, kettle, toaster and dining table. There is also have a one ring table top hob and a grill. A separate shower room leads off the lounge area. The bedroom includes a king size bed set in the alcove of the original stone entrance. The Old Potting Shed is a romantic hideaway for two set in the walled garden of the owners' house with its own private entrance. The retreat is totally secluded, but still just a minutes walk to Sedbergh's lovely pubs and cafes. It's the perfect base: head out walking in the hills straight from your door or use our electric bikes to explore the quiet lanes. When you get back, soak in the wood fired hot tub and enjoy a drink on the terrace while admiring the wonderful view of the fells.

This charming cottage (an annex attached to the main house) has a private terrace and outdoor seating area for those warm summer evenings. The cottage has WiFi and sky TV, a fully equipped kitchen. Towels, hairdryer, and soaps are provided and when it’s cold, the underfloor heating keeps you snug!
