This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. We recently finished the renovation of our house, which includes a cute, cozy one bedroom guest suite. Guests will have access to their own private entrance via their own 16 x 24 foot deck. The suite includes a bedroom with blackout curtains, a sound machine, bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo, kitchenette (full size fridge, sink, dishwasher, induction burners, toaster oven, microwave), dining table and a living space with a couch, reading nook and TV.

This personal guest suite is a separate entrance to the left, backside of our brick home. Self check-in, Apartment style, Privately located, quiet neighborhood. Walgreens on the end of our street. 1 mile to Cedar Hill Park/Cedar Hill Disc Golf Course. 9 mins to Fontanel/Nashville Zoo, 11 minutes to Opryland, 14 miles to Cheekwood Art & Gardens, 13 minutes to Downtown & 5 Points area.
