A firepit with wood is provided! *Hosts do live upstairs, but the suite is sound insulated and noise from below has never been heard.

You will have your own bedroom, bathroom, parlor, and office space with a double bed...and private use of the Front Porch. The home is walking distance to Main Street with dozens of dining options, and is right in the middle of several Civil War sites. Franklin is about 30 mins from downtown Nashville.

Jetted tub/fire pit/king bed/pet friendly

Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, king bed, and private patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. With babies and a dog, minor overhead noise is possible!

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Welcome to Urban Renewal. Located minutes from the airport and a few miles from downtown, it's the perfect location to take in the city, but retreat to the quiet and calm for a restful night. This space is newly renovated and connected to our main house through a door locked on both sides. You have a private entrance with off-street parking right outside your door. We're conveniently located in the middle of Donelson, which has many local restaurants and small shops.

Located only a couple minutes down the street from Nashville's famous Honkytonks on Broadway. Save money and time with private parking and a quick Uber/Lyft to all the hot spots! Or enjoy the phenomenal local coffee shops, restaurants, and scenery. Welcome to the guest suite at High Point Farm. A lovely suite with bathroom attached to our 160 year old Farmhouse. Our beautiful 5 acre farm is only 15-20 min from downtown and a 1/4 mile from a scenic park with hiking trails. The cottage has 2 lovely courtyard gardens with benches and tables that are wonderful in the mornings and evenings to relax in. Our suite has beautiful views and has its own outside entrance.
