Other than very cold or hot weather, enjoy great cross breezes by opening the windows. It's amazingly quiet and yet so close to all that gives East Nashville its vibe. It's a private apartment. You are completely free to use everything inside it. The door has a smart lock. Prior to your visit, you'll receive instructions. There's no need for a key. We are available as needed by phone, text or email. While we live in the house on the same property, guests have total privacy by design. Oasis is a cozy getaway in the heart of the unique neighborhood of East Nashville. The loft is walking distance to quirky retailers, local restaurants, coffee shops, and music venues. Hop on a bicycle to reach Shelby Park, Greenway, and the city. Much of what East Nashville offers is within walking or biking distance. Downtown is a short drive on local streets. If you don't bring a car, Uber is a great alternative. This Loft is accessed off an Alley.

The Shirley Loft 203 pays homage to Shirley Harvey the late wife of Fred Harvey Jr. of Harvey’s Department Store that existed at 506 Church Street from the 1940s to the 1980s. After attending Vanderbilt University, Shirley stayed in Nashville to work and serve her community.
