Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

Can’t say enough about how much I loved this place. Getting to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view was probably my favorite part since I’m a sucker for peace and quiet. Taking a dip on the hot tub after long hours of driving was a life saver as well! I don’t think I could’ve done the drive I did without it. On top of the room being so super cozy (even for my little old pup who got to enjoy there being a dog bed provided), the food was amazing as well! Pizza was the best I’ve had in years and I’ll be thinking about the eggplant parmigiana for months to come. Definitely telling all my friends and family that this is the place to stay if you’re ever traveling thru the area. Can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed a few days and everything was fine. The hosts are really responsive and friendly. When we first walked in, the first thing I noticed was how fresh and clean the place looked and smelled. The bed was comfy and our daughter had zero complaints about the sofa bed. The location was very quiet and close by to all the places we wanted to visit. (All within 15-30 minutes away). We would definitely stay here again at our future stays in Nashville!

This carriage house is the best place to stay if visiting East Nashville OR if basing out of there to see all of Nashville! It's located above Molly's garage in an adorable neighborhood that's seamlessly flows into other historic neighborhoods. There are so many things close by, and Molly has great recommendations for local, walkable spots for food, etc. Getting in the car is easy if wanting to go into the city or other areas of Nashville, as well. Molly is a great host with excellent communication! The carriage house is designed with so many things in mind and the beds are quite comfortable. It is meticulously clean and we found parking to be very easy (& free) on nearby Scott Ave. If you like walkable neighborhoods, with timeless, bungalow charm, great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and vintage clothing stores/unique home shops, this is the place for you! Greenery abounds in all directions, as well, and there wasn't an unfriendly person anywhere!

Our stay was perfect and everything we hoped for. Hosts were very responsive when needed. Hot tub and relaxing outside was the highlight. The house was very clean and well stocked. Thank you for providing everything in the descriptions.

Great little place to stay, right by 12 South on a quiet residential street yet all of the bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kristen’s place. It may have been a little smaller than expected, but not a disappointment at all. Kristen is a great host and responds quickly to any questions. The place was very clean and had everything we needed as advertised. We enjoyed a nice visit with Kristen and her husband Matthew - very friendly people. We would stay there again and would highly recommend any of Kristen’s properties.

Clean and comfortable studio above garage. Close to our family we were visiting. Will definitely stay again. Barbara great host and communicated promptly.

Forest bliss was a magical experience! From the time we arrived, every experience on the property was enchanting. The fragrant smell of roses and peonies were heavenly while we marveled at the beautiful backdrop of magnificent trees every single day. It was simply a piece of green heaven.

Host was very kind and responsive. The driveway was super steep and I was nervous my little car wouldn’t get up it but it went up just fine (when I didn’t get nervous and stop 🤦‍♀️). Never had a problem with the WiFi. The place and surroundings are beautiful. Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. I look forward to coming back again.

I have stayed in several Airbnbs in Nashville and this one is top notch. Great hosts and awesome location. The area is a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of Nashville. Highly recommend!

We came to town for a short getaway and a show and the place was great! Close to a lovely strip of shops and restaurants, all walkable but parking wasn't a [problem either. Excellent location extremely close to downtown, but it felt quiet and secluded. The pool was a lovely bonus. Would definitely stay again.

There are so many AWESOME things to say about Candice and Matt’s place, starting with how great they are as hosts! Beautiful space, great lay out (loved the kitchen and closet design), and well stocked from kitchen appliances, condiments, to extra paper towels, etc. The “extras” and thoughtful touches really make a difference when traveling, one less thing you have to worry about. The guesthouse has such a comfortable/at home feeling - we loved just hanging out drinking coffee, planning what to explore next in the area. Also, I need to mention how squeaky CLEAN it is, top notch. The neighborhood is quiet and has a cool vibe with a lot of walkable bars, restaurants, and the park/greenway. 10-minute Uber ride to Broadway or Nissan Stadium, so very conveniently located, but tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Don’t hesitate to book Candice and Matt’s place, it’s a gem.

We had a great experience here. While planning our trip, we considered staying downtown, but we are happy we chose this small but wonderful home in East Nashville. It's tucked into a pleasant neighborhood that made us feel right at home.

This was my first RBNB. I was completely satisified. The host was very nice and new exactly what a visitor would need to.make the visit "just like.home!" This is also.a great place to bring your pet!!!! Perfect for a couple to enjoy a honeymoon or for a mom and her daughter (my case). The shower is AMAZING. Good Job Jeremy and Family.

From the moment I booked Jon’s place he couldn’t have been more welcoming, responding to my messages within minutes. We were given full, clear instructions for check in and there was lots of useful information on the house and area. Jon’s place is well located for downtown Nashville and we used Uber to get around easily. The cosy apartment was a quiet oasis after the hustle and bustle of the city. And was within walking distance of some great bars and restaurants. We particularly liked the cocktails at Urban Cowboy! We also made good use of the umbrellas in the hallway! Thanks to Jon for being an excellent host and we would not hesitate to recommend his place. Fantastic!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Checked in during a tornado warning so the easy check in was very important at the time. exactly as described, would defiantly book again.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful view from the living room. Everything was organized and labeled, they had very helpful instructions all over the Airbnb. Every interaction we had with the host was pleasant. Would stay here again!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely beautiful weekend at Courtney’s place! This place is stunning from the second you walk in. The patio was a great way to enjoy the spring weather! The kitchen was also extremely well stocked! 1000% will be staying here again!

The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The rental was clean, neat, safe, and comfortable. Our host Margee was very kind, friendly, understanding, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Although the rental is near her home, it felt like we were by ourselves. The property has several areas to enjoy including gazebo and a nearby river (side note, she even has walking sticks next to the rental for hiking).The location is so private and gorgeous that it felt like a piece of heaven just for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, beautiful scenery, amenities, and nearby shopping this is the perfect place. I hope to go back soon!
