The space is an open concept classroom inside of an old school 500 yards from the C&0 Canal Lock 70. Guests of Lock 70 Schoolhouse enjoy the entire space of this open concept which includes 1 King Bed, 2 Bunk Beds, and a fully stocked coffee bar area with a microwave, water cooler and refrigerator and internet. A private bathroom with a hot shower awaits after your long day on the trail. Also housed in the school is a restaurant and a small store (owned by a separate party, closed on Mondays.)

Just 2 short blocks from the bike trail, is the light filled, colorful & private 2nd floor apartment. Great eat in kitchen, spacious work from home office and comfortable large living room. Queen size bed in the main level primary bedroom. Featuring an upstairs loft that has two separate sleeping spaces. Perfect for accommodating friends and family. As an interior designer I have created a spot guests appreciate. The use of color and the quirky art and make an inviting and comfortable space.

Large, open apartment above Clatter Cafe in the heart of the downtown area, less than 1/2 mile from FSU. With tall ceilings and comfy furnishings, it is ideal for lounging, socializing, and sleeping. The living room has cozy leather couches and a 100" projector screen (cast from your device). There is a bar area and a small dining area. The small kitchen has everything needed to stay in and prepare meals. There is one bedroom with double bed. Another single bed can be set up on request.

Relax in your first level flat. Entire private efficiency suite with a secure self check in. The entrance located along side of the main house in Cumberland’s Historic District. You can safely park your car and walk to many of Cumberlands amenities. If you’re biking, they can be stored inside. Canal Place has unique shops a winery and a bike rental facility. Cumberland theater is adjacent to the property, also Baltimore St. Promenade offers a delicious choice of indoor and outdoor dining.

Country Home

Relax with family, friends, or enjoy a solo retreat at this peaceful place to stay in the country. Chestnut House was built in the early 1940s, with Wormy Chestnut wood everywhere! It is a unique home, with an apartment built over a garage / wood working shop.. then connected to the main house later. This space available to rent is separate and fully functional from the main house where we live. Enjoy 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and living area.. along with the large outdoors!
