The Roost at Upper Nonesuch

New for fall: Pickleball Court!. Located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Upper Nonesuch is the perfect place to get away and relax. Enjoy the serene view of the valley and rolling hills from the large screened-in porch and bedroom, the walking trails, the spring-fed pond on the adjacent farm. Take a short drive and enjoy hiking Old Rag and White Oak Canyon Falls. Explore Sperryville and Culpeper, the many orchards, wineries, breweries, all the Shenandoah Valley has to offer.

Tanglewood Farm Cottage ( Kids & Horses Welcome)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway and experience the magic of Tanglewood Farm. This charming cottage, situated on a picturesque 14-acre property, 5 minutes from historic Warrenton offers a serene escape. Bring your furry friends for an off-leash experience just 20 minutes from Old Rag Mountain, White Oak Falls, and downtown Culpeper, with plenty of hiking trails nearby. We’re also close to delightful wineries and breweries! This unit is not recommended for long tearm Stay for couples as it is a small unit. Check out the Tool Shed for a long-term stay

Whatever you choose the skyhouse is stocked with roasted coffee, farm-fresh eggs, fresh-baked bread, teas and soaps from our incredible local homesteaders and artisans.

Perfect little spot for a romantic weekend getaway, or just an escape from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. The Barn is located 10 miles or less from beautiful hiking trails, great trout fishing, wonderful wineries, and excellent dining. Because of our location phone service is spotty, but we provide a signal booster for your phone and the WIFI is Firefly fiber optic. So come on out unwind, unplug, and soak up all this area has to offer.

HB1 at Spring Haven Farm

This is a horsebarn converted into a duplex, hence the name, HB1. It has all the comforts of home including private entrance and a full equipped kitchen. It might be a bit cozy if you use the air mattress, but it can easily fit in the foyer or the living room. Children under 12 years of age stay free. We like to provide interesting objects both inside and outside the dwelling; anything from a camo shower curtain to shadow box decor.

Located within 20 minutes of both Fredericksburg and Culpeper, Virginia, this 2000 square foot home offers lakefront living on the 24-acre Keaton’s Lake within the gated community of Lake of the Woods. Keaton’s lake is ideal for fishing, swimming, kayaking or just lounging on the hammock or by the firepit enjoying the peaceful setting and beautiful view. Guests can also enjoy the 500 acre Main Lake and its beaches and parks.
