Villa Rumi, Kaş Çukurbağ Yarımadası’nda yer alan, 6 kişilik konaklama kapasitesine sahip iki katlı bir villadır. Denize yalnızca 100 metre mesafede olup kendine ait özel bir deniz platformu vardır. Havuz üç villa ile ortak kullanımdadır ve Villa Rumi’nin önünde yer alır. Villamız, Kaş şehir merkezine 5 km uzaklıktadır. Çukurbağ Yarımadası’nın eşsiz doğası ve manzarası eşliğinde, ortak sonsuzluk havuzu ve yalnızca iki villanın kullandığı özel deniz erişimiyle unutulmaz bir tatil sizi bekliyor.

Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Villa Zen: Stone Villa in the Greenest Serenity

Our villas located in the Çukurbağ Village and on the Lycian way are waiting to be your holiday home this season. If you prefer a holiday in a peaceful nature looking out to flawless greenery, our authentic stone villas are waiting for you. We provide all house appliances, towels, barbecue, air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room. We have an inside and outside dining area for 6 people. There are sunbeds and shades around the pool area.

Detached villa with sea view 5km from the center

Our detached house with sea view has a large garden. We have complete kitchen equipment, jacuzzi, fire pit, barbecue area and parking. Our house is 5 km away from the center, 1 km from the beach, and 500 meters from the market and restaurant. Our house was built in 2024. All the furniture in our house is new. You will witness the sounds of birds accompanying you while watching the sea from your bed and jacuzzi or reading your book in the hammock.

B2- Cozy wooden bungalow with pool, private garden

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Apartımızın içerisinde tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak araç ve gereçler mevcuttur. Kaşın merkezinde en güzel manzaraya sahip olan apartımızda sizleri en iyi şekilde ağırlamaktan mutluluk duyarız :)
