Annexe Haven Cosy Space with own (shower&entrance)

Escape at this unique and serene getaway. This stunning annex is an extension to the main property. This unique space boats of it's own private entrance with security night lights and it's own entrance to your private patio. Within the annex separate from the bedroom is a shower, a toilet and a sink. Also allocated in this space is your own hallway with fridge/freezer, a microwave and a kettle. The nicely designed bedroom is spacious with a smart tv & own private study & Free Netflix account.

Gingerbread House is a self-contained annex set within the owners property, bordered by bluebell woodland and arable fields. The house is ideally situated for day trips into central London by train, many National Trust and English Heritage sites in Kent/Sussex, or events at Brands Hatch. The village of Pratts Bottom and the local pub is within a 10 minute walk. The nearest train stations are a 10 mins drive and offer fast services to London Charing Cross on the Tunbridge Wells/Hastings line.

Our themed studio flat can accommodate up to 4 guests. It has a sofa bed and a mezzanine bedroom area with a king-size bed. It features modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is located in a building with a lift, Free Parking and super-fast WiFi. Free access to the shared GYM and WORKSPACE. It is just minutes from Orpington station, with easy access to London. Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

The cottage is in a semi-rural setting. There is a garden with table and chairs for sitting outside, and a BBQ to enjoy summer days. The cottage has everything to ensure your stay is comfortable. Nearby there is a choice of quaint country pubs and the bars and restaurants of Sevenoaks are a short drive. There are lots of wonderful nearby country walks. Hever Castle, Chartwell House (Winston Churchill), & Down House (Charles Darwin) are just some of the attractions within a short drive.

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free. EV charging available at extra cost.

A village centre cottage with off-street parking and patio garden. Recently renovated to an excellent standard to provide accommodation for up to 5 in 3 bedrooms and with 2 bathrooms. All creature comforts including bespoke fully-equipped kitchen and wood burning stove. Beds can be configured as 1 double & 3 singles, or 2 doubles & 1 single. Please advise your preference. Note there is a spiral staircase to the 3rd bedroom & bathroom.
