Une petite maison mitoyenne mais très au calme en pierre apparente et grandes poutres en chêne typique du Perche (enduit naturel ocre clair, aménagements modernes blancs et meubles en chêne massif). Petites terrasses: une devant plein sud qui donne sur un chemin creux, une arrière plus fraîche en plein potager. Champs de chevaux, d'ânes+forêt toute proche. Possibilité de location de vélos sur place pour aller visiter les manoirs ou les bourgs anciens des alentours. Garage pour vélo.

Gîte des Charmilles dans le Perche en Normandie

Notre gîte de 135 m2 est mitoyen à notre habitation. C'est une longère percheronne de 1880 restaurée sur un parc d'un hectare avec piscine couverte chauffée (8mx5m) accessible gratuitement de avril à fin septembre. Le logement, de plain-pied, a été restauré en 2020 et possède toutes les commodités. Il peut accueillir 6 personnes + un bébé (équipement gratuit sur demande). Réservations: à la semaine durant les vacances scolaires ou pour 2 nuits minimum hors vacances scolaires.

La maison est parfaite pour les familles avec enfants, y compris bébé.

Parfaite pour vous ressourcer, cette maisonnette de 50 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée à partir de matériaux écologiques : plancher en bois, isolation en laine de chanvre, peintures bio, assainissement en phyto-épuration, chauffage à fluide caloporteur végétal, poêle à bois, baignoire en bois...
